Our little Kade-bug is now three months old! He is still quite a serious baby, but is now giving Mom and Dad smiles every day. He smiles a lot at Mommy throughout the day, especially on the changing table when he gets a good look into Mommy's eyes. We call Kaden our little professor because he always seems to be studying his environment, taking everything in and processing it before giving a response. Kaden is really starting to "talk" and verbalize. His best conversations are usually in the morning, but he has also started to give Daddy a good review of the day after Daddy feeds him a bottle around dinner time. Kaden recently started holding his head up while in the sitting position and is doing great sitting in his Bumbo seat. Such a Big Boy, may not be too long before he sits on his own!
Mommy is very happy that Kaden has been sleeping through the night for 2 wks now! Mom and Dad are hoping this continues, though we have been seeing signs of early teething so I guess we'll wait and see. Kaden loves his hands and usually has them clasp together across his chest or in his mouth. He has also started drooling and occasionally tries to put toys in his mouth (though he doesnt really have the hand strength to hold toys for more than a few seconds yet). Kaden still loves bathtime and is starting to do a bit of kicking and splashing in his tub.
Kaden wears mostly 3 mnth clothing (sometimes 0-3mnth) and size 1 diapers.
